Domo, Bistro & Grill - Orihuela Costa

When a bartender and a chef found each other whilst working together at a restaurant in Hafnarfjörður, Iceland. 

We found each other and immediately knew we would create our future together. 

Our hearts & souls are combined in this adventure we call DOMO.

We are a family with our most valuable player being our daughter. 

Andrea is a tough boss & demands quality. 

She loves dinosaurs & rainbows. She will often be seen running around the wagon 

& her favourite Domo food is Classic Chips. 

His passion for good food shines in literally making every single food item for Domo. 

He has a culinary degree from Iceland and has worked in the field for over a decade. 

He studied for example at Dill, Reykjavík, the first & only restaurant in Iceland to recieve a Michelin Star. 

He loves spicy things, literally ALL FOOD & has a vast knowledge of how to dance with your tastebuds.

Her passion for photography & all kinds of creativity blossoms behind food photography & pastry creations. 

Utilizing a vast collection of Icelandic family recipes & a never ending sweet-tooth she gets up to all kinds of things. 

She has been a photographer for over 10 years as well as being in the restaurant industry for years as a server.
